Fabric pots allow growers to reach their maximum growth and yields in a much shorter amount of time.
The advantage fabric pots offer you is due to its breathability; geotextile allows air to pass through the pot which causes roots to prune as they reach the pot.
When growing with plastic you will notice roots wrapping around the outer soil - wasting valuable growth that can be used in a much more beneficial way for your plants.
When a plant's longest roots are pruned by the edge of your fabric pot, the plant spends more energy on small feeder roots, growing a healthy, fibrous root ball.
